The shipping took kinda longer than I expected, so that was a bit frustrating

I can actually see my driveway clearly at night now, even when it’s raining, which has been really nice

It was okay overall and not terrible for what it is, but I did feel a little ignored during the experience. For the price, I expected a bit more attention or effort. Not bad, just kind of pricey for what I got.

My first thought was that it’s a good deal for what I’m paying each month. Nothing overcomplicated — it just feels worth it.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, it’s been okay. Most days it does what I need it to do, but there are times when certain parts feel slower than I’d like. Got it installed quickly, and the app made the whole setup super easy to follow. right away I had a good feeling about it, no headaches, no confusion, just worked like it should.

I’ve used the two-way audio maybe a dozen times or so, and it’s been clear enough every time. I can hear what’s going on and talk back without any real issues.

I thought the Kuna camera would be low-maintenance, and for the most part it’s decent. The app is easy to figure out and the camera does what I need, but I’ll admit I keep assuming something’s actually happening every time my phone buzzes. Then it’s just a car driving by, a shadow moving, or sometimes I can’t even tell what set it off. It gets annoying quickly. Still useful overall, but I really wish the motion alerts were more accurate

The camera itself works fine, but the overall build feels kind of flimsy. It’s hard to describe, but the plastic just doesn’t feel very solid, and the mount started getting loose after a few weeks. It’s not awful or anything, just a little disappointing for what I was expecting

Using it brings back that familiar feeling of double-checking the locks before bed, I do feel safe with the security side of things. But the privacy details left me a little unsure, like I was trying to remember something important that wasn’t explained clearly enough. Overall, it feels trustworthy, I just wish the privacy information was easier to understand.

I had to return one of my Kuna lights because it started acting a little weird after a few weeks. i think the timing was just bad because I was already busy and didn’t really want to deal with a return right then.

The warranty process itself was straightforward. They asked for the usual stuff like basic info and proof of purchase, nothing unreasonable, but the replies took a bit longer than I was hoping.

The replacement eventually showed up and it’s been working fine since. It wasn’t a perfect experience, mostly because of the timing and the waiting, but it was fair overall and I’d still buy from them again.

Uploads don’t take forever, which is a relief, because I do not have the patience to sit around watching files crawl into the cloud. I also haven’t had anything disappear on me, and at this point that’s basically my main requirement. The layout was kind of irritating at first and took me a minute to figure out, but once I got used to it, it was fine. No major complaints right now, so I’m happy enough with it.
